In accordance with subparagraph 3) of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Migration", I HEREBY ORDER:

1. To approve the attached List of diseases the presence of which prohibits entry for foreigners and stateless persons into the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The Department of Medical Care Organization of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tulegaliyeva A.G.) shall ensure the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The Legal Department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure the official publication of this order after its state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Control over execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Baizhunova E.A.

5. This order shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

List of diseases, the existence of which prohibits the entry of foreign persons and stateless persons into Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Drug addiction

2. Mental disorders (illnesses)

3. Tuberculosis

4. Leprosy (Hansen’s disease)

5. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) – syphilis, venereal lymphogranuloma (donovanosis), chancroid

6. Acute infectious diseases (excluding acute respiratory viral infections and influenza)

      «Халықтың көші-қоны туралы» Қазақстан Республикасы Заңының 12-бабының 3-тармақшасына сәйкес БҰЙЫРАМЫН:
      1. Қоса беріліп отырған шетелдіктерде және азаматтығы жоқ адамдарда болуы олардың Қазақстан Республикасына келуіне тыйым салатын аурулардың тізбесі бекітілсін.
      2. Қазақстан Республикасы Денсаулық сақтау министрлігінің Медициналық көмекті ұйымдастыру департаменті (А.Ғ.Төлеғалиева) осы бұйрықтың Қазақстан Республикасы Әділет министрлігінде мемлекеттік тіркелуін қамтамасыз етсін.
      3. Қазақстан Республикасы Денсаулық сақтау министрлігінің Заң департаменті (Қ.Б.Бесбалаев) осы бұйрық Қазақстан Республикасы Әділет министрлігінде мемлекеттік тіркеуден өткеннен кейін оның ресми жариялануын қамтамасыз етсін.
      4. Осы бұйрықтың орындалуын бақылау Қазақстан Республикасының Денсаулық сақтау вице-министрі Е.Ә.Байжүнісовке жүктелсін.
      5. Осы бұйрық алғашқы ресми жарияланған күнінен бастап күнтізбелік он күн өткен соң қолданысқа енгізіледі.
